Shipping Policy
Where we deliver
We deliver within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Shipping is free for all orders to these destinations. Addresses outside this delivery area cannot proceed to payment.
Processing and transit
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, calculated by adding handling and transit time. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Cutoff and business days
Our order cutoff is 7:00 PM Central Standard Time, fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter the handling schedule that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on US federal holidays enter the schedule on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Shipping charges and tax
Standard shipping is $0.00 for all orders within our delivery area. No expedited shipping option is offered. The checkout tax charge is $0.00; this does not mean products are legally tax-exempt.
