30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your purchase. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Please keep the garment tags attached where applicable.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos, where available, help us understand the issue. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting damage, defects or an incorrect item. We will arrange the appropriate return and resolution with you.
Return shipping and fees
We pay return shipping when the return results from our mistake, damage or a defect. You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
After your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help identifying the status of an approved refund.
